The plan is to release when the new features are in there.  Pretty much
all the CVS changes so far have just been ports to make gaim-otr work
with the rapidly changing gaim 2.0 API.  We've got some features ready
for an actual release, but now we have to port them to the pidgin API
before we can even check them in, ugh.  Hopefully soon.
