Thanks for your report. I'll do my best to help you, but I have a very limited knowledge of the inner working of athcool... What can of problem that you experience are you trying to fix with athcool fixup? Does your problem get worse when you disable "PCI Delay Transaction"? Can you try setting the byte at address 0x70 to values 0x96, 0x9A and 0x9E manually instead of using atcool fixup? (Something like "setpci -H1 -s 0:0.0 70=96" should do it.)
