No. The 1.1.5 ABI is the correct one and the 1.1.4 one was broken because we (RH and me) added the SONAME. While it got upstream there was some ABI breaking change, but as said, the ABI in the 1.1.5 packages is the correct one. As the broken version was only in experimental and only OOo did yet use it (and nothing else) and as 1.1.5's ABI is the "official" libhhunspell-1.1.so.0 one I didn't change it. See http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=416711 for the reasoning, too.
