yes, this bug still exists. I noticed also that the error (EE) MGA(0): Static buffer allocation failed, not initializing the DRI (EE) MGA(0): Need at least 22500 kB video memory at this resolution, bit depth is unexpected and it also occurs if I reserve 256MB in the BIOS.
