This file was ISO-8859-1 encoded while the header announces it is UTF-8. I converted it to UTF-8 and I also removed the fuzzy marker on one string, which was obviously fixed as far as I can tell with my basic knowledge of Spanish. Maintainer, please use the attached file (anyway, that file will be included in the final summary of the review process).
