Because I had converted all my mp3 files' tags into ID3v2.4 by eyeD3 after reporting this problem, I haven't mp3 files with ID3v2.3 tag now. So, I have to select a small mp3 file and convert its tag into ID3v2.3 again by eyeD3, and try to attach it as an example. However, beagle does exact its tag file correctly now this time.
