Package: openssl
Version: 0.9.8c-4
Followup-For: Bug #210814

Hi,

I've just been hit by this bug again.

openssl req -new -x509 -keyout server.pem -out server.pem -days 3650 -nodes

According to Internet Explorer, the certificate starts two hours in the future.
My desktop's timezone is also +2.
The server's timezone is US, so could this actually be a IE bug?

Firefox says not valid before:
15-5-2007 19:02:17
(15-5-2007 17:02:17 GMT)

It's now 17:14, so I guess it's IE's fault.
