Thanks for reporting this, it actually flags up another serious bug in the dependencies. request-tracker3.4 actually needs a minimum version dep on libdbix-searchbuilder-perl of 1.21 but it was set to 1.01. Newer versions of libdbix-searchbuilder-perl depend on libcache-simple-timedexpiry-perl which masked the problem for me. I will upload a new version immediately.
