And final solution. I have replace all user name in the
username map file with fully qualified domain username, that is
domain\user, and trouble gone away: the user authorized and
mapped correctly. Still with "security = server" this don't
work.

And now I will migrate from "security = server" to "security =
domain" on the production samba server. Good story.
