I think this bug is actually #424128 When clamav 0.90.2-2 are installed,some directories' ownerships are changed to 755:clamav This would not be noticed at that time;I aware bug #424128 at the time 0.90.2.3 upgrade. I manually chown clamav and error stops since then.
