According to a forum post from Miriam's blog, installing gstreamer0.10-fluendo-mp3 and gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg solves that. In my test, adding gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg makes the video play. I suppose gstreamer0.10-fluendo-mp3 would give me sound supoort, but I can't enable it (UI bug I think).
