If kile-i18n only is installed, some menu entries are translated, some
aren't. In order for all entries to be correctly translated, kde-i18n-??
(with ?? = the current language) has to be installed. Maybe it's not
obvious for all users (esp. those not running KDE as their main
desktop), and it could be a good idea that kile-i18n (and others
kde-soft-i18n) recommend some kde-18n-* package.
