retitle 426149 pan: in emails sets "References" header, but not "In-Reply-To" - breaks interaction with mutt thanks
I'm using Pan and my Gnome-configured mailto: handler is mutt. When sending an email, Pan will set the "References" header, but no "In-Reply-To" header. This leads mutt to deleting the "References" header; it requires a "In-Reply-To" header to allow a "References" header in the message.
