Package: sa-exim
Version: 4.2.1-8
Severity: grave

When I upgraded my system yesterday, mail broke. After investigation, it turned
out that sa-exim had been upgraded, but exim4 had not. The new version of
sa-exim used the local_scan() version 1.1 ABI, but the old exim4 was compiled
with the version 1.0 ABI.

I don't know if the version difference was actually the result of the old
version of exim4 (and, thus, sa-exim should depend on the first version of
exim4 that provides 1.1), or if it's a matter of changed compile-time options
(in which case sa-exim does not truly depend on the newer version). Either way,
however, the dependencies should insure that sa-exim pulls in a version of
exim4 that will work with it. As the problem broke email system-wide, I believe
'grave' is the appropriate severity level for this bug.
