Package: procps
Version: 1:3.2.7-3
Severity: minor

The UID field in top output appears to accommodate only
4 digits; whereas some user accounts (such as nobody) will
have 5. The data following the UID field for those processes
belonging to users with 5 digit IDs will be shifted a character
to the right. I.E.:

PID UID P SWAP TIME CODE DATA nFLT nDRT WCHAN Flags COMMAND
 4911 110 0 2788 0:00 324 852 1 0 429496729 ..4.214. ntpd
