It seems to me that this bug should be closed. The kernel-patch which provides quota support for 2.4.27 and the 1.2.10 version of Linux-VServer was uploaded some time ago.
It appears as if this bug has been kept open to discuss the possibility of making separate quota utility packages. This should not be a bug here against kernel-patch-vserver, but instead a RFP filed against WNPP. Additionally, more information was requested December of 2004 and there has been no response since. I propose that this bug be closed, and that if packages of the quota utilities are still desired, that a proper RFP or ITP be filed and things move from there. Comments?
