Hm, I don't suppose you could try the tests/patch from <http://lists.modevia.com/archives/py-transports/2006-October/003512.html> could you? Without debug logs from your machine it's a stab in the dark, but I was just alerted to this problem with pymsnt on 64-bit machines and it might be worth looking into.
