Since the update to evolution 2.2 calendars can't be deleted anymore.
Steps to reproduce:
- create a new (local) calendar
- right-klick -> delete
- confirm deletion
=> no effect at all
If tried to close evolution and open it again, to stop the
evolution-data-server, ... no use. I can't get rid of the calendars.
