This could be turned into a boolean: Automatically configure Apache? As Thijs pointed, configuring other Apache flavours is no longer needed, so the choice is just between configuring the last remaining web server one can automatically configure....or just leave things unconfigured for users who use another web server....or the Apache 2 users who prefer do the configuration themselves.
