retitle 422463 no action associated with shutdown button

Hi !
No, I'm sorry but neither acpi-support nor the other one contain any script to
handle shutdown button.
I understand that shuting down properly when you can have X, xfce, kde, gnome,
console etc.. lauched is not a trivial task, but as for now, this button is
*not* supported by the whole debian distribution which sucks..
I know that this functionality should perhaps better be in acpi-support or
another package but it once was there so let's start the issue here...
