No, I can no longer reproduce it.
Could you run:
ls -l /var/lib/dpkg/info/microcode.ctl.*
The date of the files should be:
- *.list : the date of installation of package
- the rest : the package date
If the
/var/lib/dpkg/info/microcode.ctl.md5sums
is newer as the two dates above, debsums had regenerated it,
(but why?).
In the other case, it is probably a race or an other temporary
problem in debsums (an string error in reportbug).
