This bug should be filed against the kernel packages, not against aiccu as it will affect everything using IPv6 tunnels. Thus if it is filed against aiccu it also has to be filed against: openvpn, tinc, vtun, etc etc etc. Oh and iproute2 as that allows one to create those tunnels.
I, as the AICCU upstream developer, do not support adding anything like a 'patch' for this to AICCU itself as that is not the problem. See for more information on the exact problem: http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8382 Which also shows that even adding the 2000::/3 is a real hack which sometimes start failing again.
