He's merged these bugs and tagged them pending so presumably he has a handle on the situation. He's also said to me that BTS "found" only has the effect of implicitly reopening a bug when the found version *exactly* matches the fixed version, not just if $found lt-ln $fixed, although it was my understanding that this was one fundamental goal of bts versioning.
