The correct fix with this bug is for twiki to no longer provide the
modules in libtext-diff-perl. If I were to make a Conflicts:, it would
prevent the installation of twiki once this bug is fixed in that
package.
There is already a bug filed for this over in twiki, and so I am merging
the two.
