Note 2 things:
- That's already 2 different users reporting bugs using hotmail,
  in 2 weeks.
- The text/html counterpart is just fine...

Maybe pre-filtering hotmail messages could be a solution. You could take
the text/html alternative and dump it with lynx, for example...
