Hi, I'd like to confirm this bug. I have a PCMCIA wireless card handled by hostap and using wpa_supplicant too. When I eject the card, the interface is brought down thanks to udev events, but the post-down scripts aren't executed. I haven't the slightest idea why this is happening though.
