You will probably need to build from source

 http://people.debian.org/~rleigh/gutenprint-5.0.1/gutenprint_5.0.1-1.dsc

If you (or anyone) could test it, and make sure it upgrades nicely from
5.0.0 and prints the CUPS test page, that would be great.
