The crystalblue theme includes a cursor for ll_angle, but none for
ul_angle; this is inconsistent.

(I would also complain that ll_angle, bottom_right_corner, etc all lie
about what the cursor actually looks like; while this might be all
right for resizing windows, other applications do rely on the
distinction between, say, bottom_right_corner and top_left_corner.)
