Hm. What you suggest is exactly, what we had before fixing http://bugs.debian.org/276471. However, I think suggesting a browser should be enough. I simply don't know the reasons, why Mark used to recommend a webserver, and I cannot think of some valuable reasons. So I will remove the webserver recommendation completely.
