* Implemented a timeout for the No Project dialog separate from
the idle timer (Closes: #291066).
I'm really sorry for taking so long to test this. However, I just had it happen again. When the no project dialog pop up, it immediately takes focus from whichever program had it before. Even when I re-focus the other app, it takes focus back again in a secord or two, repeatedly.
