Package: asterisk-config Version: 1:1.4.5~dfsg-1 Severity: important
asterisk fails to install here because asterisk-config fails to configure: Setting up asterisk-config (1.4.5~dfsg-1) ... Asterisk not yet configured. Edit /etc/default/asterisk first. invoke-rc.d: initscript asterisk, action "restart" failed. dpkg: error processing asterisk-config (--configure): I did edit my /etc/default/asterisk file, but I have not yet found what to put in there to make the package happy. Right now, I have: RUNASTERISK=no in there, but even with the provided asterisk file, with RUNASTERISK=no merely de-commented it doesn't start. Whatever prints that message should really be more specific about what magic to put into that file to make the package happy. -- System Information: Debian Release: 4.0 APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (500, 'stable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.20.1 Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Versions of packages asterisk-config depends on: ii adduser 3.102 Add and remove users and groups Versions of packages asterisk-config recommends: pn asterisk <none> (no description available) -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
