There seem to be two bugs. When I boot with the network cable unplugged, and plug it in again just after boot has finished: * If I use 'auto eth0', 'pump -i eth0' is still running more than 5 minutes after the boot, but the eth0 interface is still down. 'pump -i eth0 --status' says 'Operation failed.' (at boot time, this was normal since the cable was unplugged, but this doesn't explain why it was still saying that more than 5 minutes after plugging in the cable). Running 'pump -i eth0' brought the interface up. * If I use 'allow-hotplug eth0', 'pump -i eth0' isn't running after the boot. Unfortunately, pump doesn't output any message to /var/log/syslog at this time, so I don't know what's going up. -- Vincent Lefèvre <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> - Web: <http://www.vinc17.org/> 100% accessible validated (X)HTML - Blog: <http://www.vinc17.org/blog/> Work: CR INRIA - computer arithmetic / Arenaire project (LIP, ENS-Lyon)
