Although paris-traceroute is available through $PATH, it cannot be
executed as normal user:

> $ paris-traceroute example.org
> terminate called after throwing an instance of 'TrException'
> Exception : [ERROR](Server.cc, 51)Cannot create the server : Operation
> not permittedAbgebrochen

Seems like it was not meant to be launched this way. This would however,
have a more or less huge impact on the usability of this app since the good
old traceroute can be executed as any user.
