Already tried to do that. It seems they require physical letter from me. But it is a nonsense: how come my KDE translations get into upstream and distributions w/o any letters? I attach updated translation of manpage in the hope that it will be included in Debian. It is already included in my local distro, ALTLinux (uses apt-rpm, btw) but i don't want to switch to it because Debian is great.
