It seems, then that md5.txt will be found inside uw-imapd package files, most probably in /usr/share/doc/uw-imapd. However, it is instead part of libc-client2002edebian and found in : /usr/share/doc/libc-client2002edebian/md5.txt I think it would be interesting to document that in the manpage in a better way.
