Followup-For: Bug #429332
Creating a symlink to the file libtifftcl3.8.2.so seems to make ds9 able
to continue the loading process. It also asks for the missing
lib{png,zlib}tcl1.0.so files: symlinking to libpngtcl1.2.6.so and
libzlibtcl1.2.1.so seems to make happy ds9.
