Well, you can run the various po-* tools or, more easily, simply build
your packages once after fixing the template. Now enter debian/po and
edit all .po files (e.g. fr.po, cz.po, de.po, vi.po, ...). Go to the
line containing the corrected string and remove the "fuzzy" mark
before it (#,fuzzy). Of course, you could remove *all* fuzzys
automatically, but then maybe some translation already contain fuzzy
strings which would be erroneously "fixed". So maybe you want to grep
for fuzzy in debian/po for unclean translations before you update your
template and do not edit them afterwards.
