Recently it stopped working, due to some regressions in the usertag support, which are now fixed (see bug #430803, for instance). However, now the page shows *all* nonfree-doc bugs as "Will Not Fix". This could possibly match the mood of some maintainers regarding DFSG-freeness bugs ;-) but, nonetheless, I cannot see the tag "wontfix" in any of those bugs.
