I just uploaded new packages of libchipcard3 to alioth which should fix the remaining known issues. They are available via APT using deb http://aqbanking.alioth.debian.org/debian unstable/ in /etc/apt/sources.list. Please install and check these packages. Any feedback is appreciated.
