found 428792 0.96.4-1 thanks Hi!
I've just upgraded to gtk-gnutella 0.96.4-1 and I'm still getting lots of... "Max number of downloads reached at [TIME] - rescheduled for [NEW TIME]" ... where NEW TIME is several minutes or more in the past.
