Just read the problem that tomcat4 cannot be run with JAVA_HOME=/usr/lib/fjsdk.
This is due to a missing jdb under /usr/lib/fjsdk/bin directory. tomcat4 tests for "correct" JAVA_HOME location by existence of jdb command. In sablevm it is set to /bin/true - in kaffe a placeholder script is provided.
