At login, both trackerd and deskbar-applet start. It seems the
deskbar-tracker plugin then tries to connect to the not yet fully started
trackerd, fails, then tries to start trackerd again, and fails there too:

If I restart deskbar-applet later, there is no problem, since trackerd has been
fully initialized.
