Package: aptitude
Version: 0.4.5.4-1
Severity: wishlist

Concerning the package groups in the Preview page:

--\ Packages being automatically held in their current state
--\ Packages being deleted due to unsatisfied dependencies
--\ Packages being held back
--\ Packages to be installed
--\ Packages to be upgraded

the order of these groups seems to be undeterministic (in the previous
invocation of aptitude, "Packages being held back" and "Packages to be
installed" were swapped). The order should be deterministic and

--\ Packages being automatically held in their current state
--\ Packages being held back

should be displayed together, and

--\ Packages being deleted due to unsatisfied dependencies
--\ Packages to be installed
--\ Packages to be upgraded

(i.e. all the package groups for which there are changes) should also
be displayed together. Having

--\ Packages being held back

between

--\ Packages being deleted due to unsatisfied dependencies

and

--\ Packages to be installed

(which I currently get) is bad.
