Package: tcpdump
Version: 3.9.5-2
Severity: important

When tcpdump is used with the -Z <username> option and the -w/-W options to
cycle
the logs, the initial file is created as root regardless of the user specified
in the -Z option. All further files seem to be created properly, just not the
initial file, bascically negating any security benifit of using the -Z option.
