Thanks.  I thought so too.

I thought scim daemon itself does not need to get XMODIFIERS
environment value so this is nothing to do with mode functionality of
SCIM.

So this bug report on my SCIM configuration utility seems not really
pointing out problem.

Just to be safe, I will move scim -d down but will not add additional
upgrade warning.   Hmmm, he may experienced problem not getting system
configured in first case since he did not "RESTART" X environment after
using my utility.   Hmmm... I should mention it.

Just to be sure, I will change order of command.  Also I will add some
note on restarting X session.
