Package: gnupg2 Version: 2.0.4 The gnupg packages do not contain the optional symcryptrun tool. The packages we (Intevation) build for our customers do include it. It would be nice if the normal Debian packages include it as well.
To enable symcryptrun, configure has to be called with --enable-symcryptrun and the following two files should be added to one of hte binary packages: debian/tmp/usr/bin/symcryptrun debian/tmp/usr/share/man/man1/symcryptrun.1 In our packages we put them into gnupg2.install. Our source packages are available from http://apt.intevation.de/. Current gnupg2 packages (version 2.0.5) can be found there under dists/sarge/testing/source/, for instance.
