autoheader needs to be run to update ./config.h.in, and autoconf needs to
be run to update ./configure. I don't think they should be in the upstream
tarball at all since they are autogenerated.

I'm about to upload 1.2.5 or maybe even 1.2.6~rc1.
I think it'd be best if you took a look at it before :-)
