Hi

I've implemented very basic support to acquire package lists and build the
package caches from these.

What's missing is the pkgAcquireStatus feedback. It has virtual functions,
which I wanted to export to Perl, so one could implement its own feedback
functions, but I have no idea how.

I'm open for feedback, to improve the attached patch, so the functionality
can be included in libapt-pkg-perl.
