Package: hmmer
Version: 2.3.2-2
Severity: wishlist

Hi Nelson,

The new homepage of hmmer is : http://hmmer.janelia.org/

By the way, I was wondering,

 - If it would make sense to add the Debian-Med pacakging team mailing
list in the Uploaders field in order to have hmmer in our radar.

 - If there is a good reason why libpvm is extra, and if not if we could
ask to make it optional in order to have hmmer optional.

 - If depending on biosquid is a bit strong, in light of the recent
discussions on -devel. Maybe Recommends: is enough ? If there is a
binary conflict with Biosquid, "moved binaries" could also simply be
   installed in /usr/lib/hmmer for instance.

Have a nice day,
