Thanks for the resolution and providing the addon registery file. However :
- I have not manage to found a reference to "vim-addons" in /usr/share/doc/vim-vimoutliner/* - vim-vimoutliner does not recommend vim-addons. Everything is there, but one has to read the closed bug to get a hint for the resolution.
